Thai Nguyen University Learning Resource Center (TNU-LRC), a special unit of Thai Nguyen University (TNU), was established in 2007 with the main mission is to assist TNU for being more effective and efficient in training human resources and developing research competencies to meet the social-economic development demands in the Northern mountainous area of Vietnam.
